Delete your Swapini account
How to request deletion
Email support@swapini.com from the email address on your Swapini account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request comes from the account's own email, then process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Your account and all associated personal data are permanently removed, including:
- Your profile (username, display name)
- Your album inventory and item ownership
- Sticker photos you uploaded
- In-app messages you sent
- Your approximate-location grid and activity/reliability data
What is retained, and why
Trade records that involve another user are anonymized — your name is replaced with "Deleted user" rather than the row being erased — so the other party keeps their own trade history. No personal identifiers of yours remain in those records.
Timeframe
We complete deletion within 30 days of the request and confirm by email when it's done.
